Acceptable Use

You may use AIPrivate.co for any legal purpose. We impose minimal content restrictions, but you may NOT use this service for:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - instant permanent ban
• Planning violence or terrorism
• Illegal activities under US/Icelandic law
• Harassment or threats against individuals

Subscription & Billing

$20/month for unlimited access. Billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months. Access continues until end of billing period after cancellation.

Service Availability

We aim for 99%+ uptime but make no guarantees. AI models may occasionally be unavailable. We'll switch to backup models automatically when possible.

Disclaimer

AI responses may be inaccurate. Don't rely on AI output for medical, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Violations of the acceptable use policy result in immediate account closure without refund.
