Refund Policy

AIPrivate.co is a digital service. Once access is granted and the service is available for use, the value has been delivered. For this reason we maintain a strict no refund policy on all subscription payments. By subscribing you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements for any subscription payments including but not limited to unused time, partial months, or early cancellations. This applies to all subscription tiers and billing cycles.

Exceptions For Billing Errors Only

We will only consider refund requests in the following specific circumstances where the error was caused by us and not the result of normal service usage:

We Do Not Refund For

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops all future billing immediately. You will retain full access to AIPrivate.co until the end of your current paid billing period. No cancellation fees apply. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute outside of this policy for reasons not covered under our billing error exceptions above will be considered a violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account associated with a fraudulent chargeback. We will provide full billing records and this policy to your bank or payment provider as evidence in any dispute.

Billing Error Requests

If you believe you have experienced a genuine billing error as described above contact us at support@aiprivate.co with the following:

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Verified billing errors will be corrected within 5 to 10 business days via Stripe.

Our Privacy Promise

AIPrivate.co does not store, log, or train on your conversations. Because we cannot retrieve chat history by design, billing dispute assessments are based solely on account status and Stripe billing records. Your privacy is never compromised regardless of any billing situation.
